**Key Responsibilities**
- **Reputation Management**: Acting as a spokesperson and consistently shaping a positive image for the organization across various platforms.
- **Crisis Communication**: Developing and implementing plans to manage negative information and protect the organization's reputation during a crisis.
- **Event Coordination**: Organizing and managing events such as open days, conferences, and sponsorship campaigns to engage stakeholders.
- **Content Creation**: Creating content for newsletters, brochures, and social media platforms to promote the organization's activities and values.
- **Community Engagement**: Building positive relationships with the community and stakeholders to foster support and goodwill.
- **Internal Communications**: Managing communication within the organization to ensure employees are informed and aligned with public messages.

- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, analyze press coverage, and generate reports to inform senior management.

**Typical Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is often preferred.
- Relevant experience in public relations, media management, or marketing is beneficial.
- Familiarity with media monitoring tools, social media management software, and project management tools.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
