**The Out Factory** is a Bangalore-based Luxury Mongolian yurt manufacturing company. We manufacture and sell premium Mongolian yurts around the Globe.

We are now looking for a **dynamic Graphic Designer & Video Editor** to join our creative team. If you have the skills, the passion, and a love for all things visual, this could be your next big move.

**What You’ll Do**
- Design **eye-catching graphics** for social media, ads, and brand campaigns.
- Edit **high-impact videos** for marketing, storytelling, and product promotions.
- Capture **photos & videos** for events, campaigns, and social content.
- Work closely with our marketing team to bring creative concepts to life.
- Explore and experiment with **AI-powered video tools** for fresh, innovative content.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Minimum 2 year** of experience in **graphic design & video editing**.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Cloud** (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or **Canva**.
- Basic understanding of **social media channels & digital marketing trends**.
- Passion for **photography & videography**.
- Basic understanding of **HTML** and **Figma** is an added advantage.
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail and storytelling.

**Bonus Points If You Have**
- Experience with **AI video creation tools**.
- Motion graphics or animation skills.
- Trend-spotting ability for social media content.
