- Skilled in onboarding stockiest, pharmacies, and doctors as per panel requirements.
- Proficient in follow-up communication to maximize engagement and returns.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the Marketing Research field.
- Ability to Maintain/ Manage a panel of 150+ Stockiest, Retailers and Doctors across the region for monthly data collection.
- Interview skills, especially for consulting projects with Stockiest, Retailers and Doctors.
- Good understanding of Ludhiana’s topography and familiarity with the Punjab region.
- Ability to plan and optimize field activities based on regional insights.
- Fair knowledge of Microsoft Excel for managing routine work, data analysis, and MIS reporting.
- Capable of handling incoming calls from panels, providing prompt responses to routine queries.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to initiate and manage follow-ups to achieve targets.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines without supervision

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent Req
- One (1) years exposure to medical products and/or doctor’s offices Pref
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to follow established procedures to resolve routine matters.
