**ICU Staff Nurse**

**Summary**:
The ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Staff Nurse provides critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions. This role involves continuous monitoring, administering medications, managing advanced medical equipment, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct and continuous nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor vital signs, assess patient conditions, and respond rapidly to changes.
- Administer medications, IV infusions, and manage life-support equipment (e.g., ventilators, cardiac monitors).
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Perform emergency procedures (e.g., CPR, intubation assistance) when necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and recovery processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
- Participate in daily rounds, staff meetings, and continuous training programs.
- Assist in the orientation and supervision of junior nursing staff or trainees.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing qualification.
- Valid RN (Registered Nurse) license and ICU certification (e.g., CCRN) as required.
- Proven experience in critical care or ICU nursing (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with ICU medical equipment and technology.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient care skills.
- Knowledge of hospital protocols and emergency response procedures.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Work Location: In person
