Collections officers are responsible for managing the collection of outstanding debts from clients and customers. They are hired by businesses and collections agencies to inform customers of their overdue bills and attempt to collect payment to mitigate company losses.

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.
- Investigate historical data for each debt or bill.
- Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments.
- Take actions to encourage timely debt payments.
- Process payments and refunds.
- Resolve billing and customer credit issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
