Job Description

A Collection Executive is responsible for collecting payments from clients in a timely and professional manner. The role involves managing a portfolio of accounts, communicating with customers to resolve payment issues, and ensuring the company's financial health.

Key Responsibilities

- Payment Collection: Actively pursue and collect outstanding payments from customers through calls and in-person visits.
- Customer Communication: Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor while communicating with customers to understand their payment challenges and negotiate repayment plans.
- Account Management: Manage and monitor a list of assigned accounts, keeping detailed records of collection activities and payment statuses.
- Documentation: Accurately document all communication and collection efforts in the company's database.
- Field Work: Use a personal two-wheeler for field visits to meet with clients and collect payments, as required.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and legal regulations regarding debt collection.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on collection activities and account status to management.

Qualifications

- Education: Minimum undergraduate degree.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a Collection Executive or in a similar role.
- Language Skills: Proficient in Telugu, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Mobility: Must have a personal two-wheeler for travel within the city.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Location: Pune.
