**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive physics curriculum that aligns with educational standards.
- Create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and promote critical thinking.
- Conduct classroom instruction using various teaching methods, including hands-on experiments and collaborative projects.
- Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Facilitate academic advising sessions to guide students in their educational pathways.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance interdisciplinary learning opportunities.
- Stay current with advancements in physics education and incorporate relevant research into lesson planning.
- Maintain an organized classroom environment conducive to learning.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Physics or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
- Experience working with students in an educational setting is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in curriculum development and lesson planning.
- Familiarity with Montessori teaching methods is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 per week
