**Job Title**: Data Entry Operator - Medical Records Department

**Salary**: As per industry standards; salary will be increased based on experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter patient information, medical histories, treatment details, and other data into hospital databases and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of patient data at all times, adhering to hospital policies and applicable regulations.
- Verify and cross-check data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical medical records for easy retrieval and reference.
- Assist in generating reports, summaries, and documentation as required.
- Perform regular backups and updates to the data systems to ensure data integrity.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification: Any degree
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare setting.
