**Job Title: Java Solutions Architect**

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions**, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
- **Lead and mentor a team** of 4-5 engineers through the full software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to define architecture strategies and technical roadmaps.
- Guide the team in adopting modern development best practices, including code reviews, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- **Navigate complex technical challenges** and provide innovative, practical solutions.

**Must-Have Skills**
- **10+ years of experience** in Java development and enterprise architecture.
- Proven expertise in **Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture**.
- **Hands-on coding** is a must - ability to actively contribute to development.
- Strong architectural design skills, including service design, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Prior experience in **leading a development team**.
- **Proficiency with OpenShift** (containerization, orchestration, deployment pipelines).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and leadership capabilities.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or other container platforms.
- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (Angular/React) is a plus.
- Understanding of agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
