**Job Purpose**

As a Home Supervisor, your role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of the residential facilities. You will oversee and manage the residential units' day-to-day operations, maintenance, and security. Your patience and ability to ride a two-wheeler are also essential for this position.

**Job Duties**
- Supervise and manage residential facilities.
- Ensure the security and safety of residents.
- Oversee maintenance and repairs of residential units.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors/vendors.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the upkeep of properties.
- Address resident inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Budgeting and Financial Management.
- To maintain stock of all items as per sheet
- To manage purchases of groceries & all other items for house
- To manage the work sheet of the servants
- To see servants do and complete all the works as per SOP.
- If worked in hotel industry as a house keeping supervisor than much better
- Make list of things required in making of house.
- Seeing the things being done in house making.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- home supervising: 1 year (preferred)
