We are looking for ambitious and result-driven **Sales Executives**from the real estate industry to join our growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound & outbound property inquiries.
- Generate leads and actively follow up to convert into site visits and closures.
- Conduct site visits with prospective buyers and explain project details.
- Build and maintain a strong client database.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Stay updated on local market trends, property prices, and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 6 months - 5 years in real estate sales (residential/commercial).
- **Age**: 20-35 years.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle clients independently and drive closures.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

**What We Offer**
- Salary ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 + Incentives
