As a Telecaller Executive at Fast Process, you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide prompt and efficient financial services to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone, understand their financial needs, and guide them through the loan acquisition process.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Outbound Calls**: Place outbound calls to prospective clients to inform them about our financial products and services.

2. **Client Consultation**: Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

3. **Lead Management**: Manage and maintain a database of leads, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-ups to nurture leads into conversions.

4. **Product Knowledge**: Acquire in-depth knowledge about the various loan products offered by our partner banks and effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.

7. **Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, client consultations, and loan closures.

**Requirements**:
1. **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.

2. **Sales Aptitude**: Strong sales acumen with a passion for engaging with customers and driving conversions.

3. **Customer Service Orientation**: A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships with clients.

4. **Organizational Skills**: Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

5. **Persistence**: Resilience and persistence in pursuing leads and overcoming objections to achieve sales targets.

6. **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
