**PUBLIC RELATIONSHIP OFFICER**

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensuring that visitors are welcomed efficiently and courteously in all departments.
- Responding to patient requests, inquiries, and complaints, and ensuring their needs are met.
- Conducting patient satisfaction surveys and collecting patient feedback and issuing analysis reports to management
- Explaining policies and procedures to patients.
- Monitoring patient rights and responsibilities.
- Collaborating with quality improvement efforts and other departments.
- Relaying important patient information to the relevant medical staff.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies that promote our hospital's services, enhance our brand presence, and attract new patients.

**Requirements**:
**Education: MBA/ MHA/ MSW**

**Experience: Minimum 2 years in hospital marketing**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
