**RESERVATION EXECUTIVE (ON CALL)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently answer inbound calls, providing courteous and professional service.
- Communicate detailed information about services, amenities, and availability.
- Handle reservations, including bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
- Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of products to enhance customer interactions.
- Ensure accurate entry and documentation of all customer interactions in our system.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively during peak call times to ensure smooth team operations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold service standards and compliance.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our products and services, detailing benefits and amenities.
- Effectively communicate and persuade potential clients of the advantages of our offerings to secure commitment.
- Negotiate and close sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Accurately handle payment transactions, maintaining security and compliance with financial data processing standards.
- Document all client interactions, sales, and payment details in the CRM system for accurate record-keeping and follow-up.
- Maintain professionalism and represent the company's brand effectively in all interactions.

**Skill Set**:

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, to ensure effective customer interactions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a pleasant and engaging phone presence.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and poise under pressure to handle diverse customer scenarios.
- Proficient in CRM software and capable of managing accurate data entry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,413.20 - ₹40,488.10 per month
