**Description**:
We are seeking a highly creative and talented Designer to join our digital marketing team. As a Creative Designer for Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for developing visually compelling and engaging design assets that support our digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms. This role requires a strong combination of artistic skills, marketing knowledge, and a deep understanding of digital trends and user behavior.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audience.
- Develop compelling and effective visual content, including images, illustrations, info graphics, videos, and animations.
- Design and optimize website graphics, banners, and other web assets to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all marketing materials.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, digital marketing techniques, and industry best practices to incorporate fresh and innovative ideas into designs.
- Conduct research on competitor designs and marketing strategies to identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation.

**Requirement**:

- 1+ years of professional experience in graphic design or digital marketing design.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar tools.
- Experience in creating visually engaging content for various digital marketing channels.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition principles.
- Ability to translate marketing objectives and target audience insights into visually appealing designs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative designs for digital marketing campaigns,highlighting your ability to create engaging visuals and drive results.
- Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects.
- A team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills.
