**Job description**
- Conducting classes for students in English at the senior secondary level.
- Preparing and delivering engaging as well as informative lessons that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
- Utilizing various teaching methodologies to cater to different learning styles in accordance with abilities of students.
- Organizing and supervising laboratory experiments to reinforce theoretical concepts.
- Designing and developing lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools.
- Integrating modern teaching techniques, technology, and resources into the curriculum to enhance learning outcomes.
- Designing, administering, and grading assessments, including tests, quizzes, assignments, and examinations.
- Providing constructive feedback to students to facilitate their academic growth and improvement.
- Monitoring and tracking student progress, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing remedial measures as needed.
- Establishing a positive and conducive learning environment in the classroom.
- Managing student behavior and ensuring discipline and adherence to school rules and regulations.
- Promoting a culture of respect, collaboration, and inclusivity among students.
- Participating in and supporting extracurricular activities such as science fairs, science clubs, and competitions.
- Mentoring and guiding students in science-related projects and research activities.
- Communicating effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress, academic performance, and any concerns or issues.
- Fulfilling administrative responsibilities such as maintaining student records, preparing reports, and attending staff meetings.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
