First of all this job is not for those who are looking work from home jobs
we are urgently looking for a staff for our office is in puthiyaroad village area which is in Chowara village sreemoolananagaram panchayath, around 6 km away from aluva
Conditions;
1) Depending up on situations we will ask staff to work either in aftersale department or marketing department.In marketing telecalling We don't give any target on customer joining but staff should complete 2 hour call duration every day.we will give enough numbers to call.In aftersale department staff should have high patience level to handle the paid clients
2) we are giving 2 options for the staff (a) staff can work in office from 9 am to 12 pm and remaining time staff can do work from home. (b) staff can work from office from 9 am to 6 in office also
in our office staff should have to work alone and it will be tough to work for long duration alone so thats the reason for giving such options.but staff should be available to come in office any time from 9 am to 6 pm.
3) staff should have to travel with manager for training and business related purpose to anywhere in Kerala.we have 3 offices in all kerala.staff should know to drive 2 wheeler
4) we wont be giving any extra amount as hostel fees or travelling fees.staff can use our 2 wheeler for company purposes and for business travels we will provide travelling expenses
