Customer Care Executive

- Address and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Process customer orders, modifications, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.

- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer problems.
- Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer concerns.
- Stay informed about the company's products and services.
- Provide product information, features, and benefits to customers.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Document and report recurring issues to the management team.
- Adhere to established customer service standards and procedures.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Work collaboratively with other customer care executives and cross-functional teams.
- Share insights and feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
