As the **Customer Support Executive, **you will be expected to answer incoming calls from customers for various reasons
- take orders, answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information. The key responsibilities will primarily be:

- Provide hands on support of customer care initiatives
- Solicit cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the customer care experience.
- Tracking and reporting of relevant customer care performance metrics.
- Solving customer query.
- Acting as a bridge between Tele Inbound and Logistics team.

**Desired Profile**
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all points in time
- Should have good computer skills
- Female oriented role.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
