**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced **Talent Consultant**to manage the end-to-end hiring process for **US Recruiters**. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment & Hiring**:

- Manage the **full recruitment cycle** for US recruiter positions.
- Identify sourcing strategies, including **job portals, social media, and employee referrals**.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- **Interview & Selection**:

- Schedule and coordinate **interviews** with hiring managers.
- Conduct **HR interviews** to assess cultural fit, salary expectations, and role alignment.
- **Onboarding & Documentation**:

- Manage the **pre-joining formalities**, background verification, and documentation.
- Facilitate a **smooth onboarding experience** for new hires.
- **Compliance & Policies**:

- Ensure adherence to **US labor laws** and company HR policies.
- Maintain accurate **employee records** and reports.
- **Stakeholder Management**:

- Coordinate with internal teams and **hiring managers** to fulfill recruitment needs.
- Provide **weekly/monthly recruitment reports** to leadership.

**Key Requirements**:

- **3+ years of experience** in corporate HR recruitment, preferably in US hiring.
- Strong understanding of **US recruiting processes**, labor laws, and compliance.
- Experience with **ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)** and HR databases.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced, high-volume hiring** environment.
- **Willingness to work in UK shift timings** (2 PM - 11 PM IST or similar).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in hiring **US recruiters, staffing professionals, or technical recruiters**.
- Prior experience in a **fintech, IT, or consulting firm** is a plus.
- Knowledge of **visa regulations, work authorization, and employment laws** in the US.

Pay: ₹15,056.57 - ₹30,000.00 per month
