**Recruiting Coordinator (REMOTE - Bangalore, India)** **About Skyflow**: Skyflow is based in Palo Alto California, with offices in Bangalore, India, and team members working from locations all around the world. We have former Executives and Leaders from the likes of Salesforce, Google, Twilio, and Oracle. Come join us **About the role**: **Desired Qualifications**: - 1-3 years of in-house Recruiting Coordinator experience - Excellence within the following skill areas: problem solving, attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking and collaboration - Exposure to multiple recruiting tools (G Suite, Gong, Zoom), though Greenhouse ATS experience is a MUST HAVE - Ability to work autonomously as well as with team members across multiple time zones - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and new processes - Proactive, "Can-do" Attitude **Responsibilities**: - Operate independently with mínimal day-to-day guidance from management - Multi-task effectively - working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced work environment - Propose and implement ongoing innovations and improvements to recruitment process - Implement reimagined processes that allow us to scale quickly and smoothly - Collaborate with the broader recruitment and people operations team to create events, programs, and processes that define Skyflow's recruiting and onboarding as best-in-class - Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality **Benefits**: - Excellent Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (Options Varies by Country) - Vanguard 401k - Very generous PTO - Flexible Hours (This role can work U.S. EST hours, or can overlap part of U.S. EST w/ IST hours) - Generous Equity At Skyflow, we believe that diverse teams are the strongest teams.
