**Position Title**:Quality Inspector - Textile/Garments Industry**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Inspection**: Conduct thorough inspections of garments at various stages of production, including sampling, cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing, to ensure adherence to quality standards. têxtileindustry.net
- **Measurement Verification**: Measure garments to confirm they align with the provided specifications and size charts, ensuring consistency and accuracy in sizing.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of inspection results, noting any defects or deviations, and communicate findings to the production and quality control teams for corrective actions.
- **Process Monitoring**: Oversee the implementation of quality control processes, ensuring that the Quality Management System (QMS) is effectively maintained and continuously improved to meet or exceed customer expectations. têxtilelearner.net
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with production supervisors and other team members to address quality issues, provide feedback, and implement solutions to enhance product quality.
- **Compliance Assurance**: Ensure that all products comply with customer specifications and industry standards, conducting final inspections before shipment to guarantee customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Textile Technology or a related field.
- **6 months to 2 years of experience in quality inspection within the têxtile or garments industry.**:

- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying defects and inconsistencies.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools and understanding technical specifications.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively document findings and collaborate with team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary:₹ 18,000 - ₹30,000 per month**, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
