Overview: CRA is seeking Quality Inspectors to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role involves hands-on inspection, documentation, and coordination with production and engineering teams across the Energy and Defence sectors. Key Responsibilities: Perform in-process and final inspections of components and assemblies. Use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify dimensions. Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Identify, document, and report non-conformities. Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation. Assist in maintaining calibration records and inspection documentation. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Lean). Coordinate with production, design, and quality teams to ensure compliance. Requirements Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering OR relevant technical certification. Basic understanding of quality control principles and manufacturing processes. Familiarity with inspection tools and techniques. Ability to interpret 2D/3D engineering drawings. Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP or quality software is an advantage.
