With a razor-sharp focus on safeguarding and channelizing Antier’s revenue towards sustainable growth, the professional will have to adorn the following roles & responsibilities.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform full-cycle risk management by analyzing the organization’s investments and liabilities.
- Evaluating cash & liquidity risks alongside designing enterprise investment strategies.
- Control & monitor the organization’s fundraising plans following investor handling.
- Create Antier’s capital structure and ensure the cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations.
- Lead and monitor all financial personnel and assets including controllers, treasurers etc.
- Conduct and report financial forecasting in line with Antier’s targeted YoY growth.
- Perform end-to-end compliance with regulatory laws and policies.
- Taking charge of intangible business valuations related to management planning & corporate strategy, financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), tax and regulatory compliance, and restructuring & reorganization.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in financial planning methodologies including Purchase Price Allocations, Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), financial modelling and all related functions.
- Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role
- In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Prior experience in a business valuation firm, VC firm, financial research firm or a BIG 4 consulting firm will be preferred.
