**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Interact with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- **Sales Management**: Drive sales by promoting products and achieving monthly targets.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the product range to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Inventory Coordination**: Ensure the display area is well-stocked and organized.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- **Billing and Documentation**: Assist with invoicing, maintaining records, and ensuring accurate sales documentation.

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the home furnishing or retail industry.
- **Education**: Minimum qualification of 12th grade; graduates are preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets.
- Basic computer knowledge for billing and inventory management.

**Salary and Benefits**:
