**Position Overview**

We are looking for a **dynamic, result-oriented Telecaller (Female)** who is **mentally alert**, **highly optimistic**, and passionate about **client communication**, **lead generation**, and **business development**. Though **no sales target is imposed**, delivering **tangible results** is a **must**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle **inbound and outbound calls** to generate leads for **admissions** and **business clients**:

- Schedule and follow-up on appointments with potential clients
- Demonstrate strong **objection handling** and **communication skills**:

- Build and maintain relationships with business clients
- Engage and support the **sales and revenue generation team**:

- Stay updated and assist in **social media operations**:

- Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance and conduct
- Understand client needs and pitch relevant services effectively
- Must not have **distance or timing issues**:

- **Any Graduate** - Competitive, proactive, and a **team player**:

- Age**:Not more than 23 years**:

- Strong command of **Marathi**, **Hindi**, and **basic English**:

- **Tech-savvy**, well-spoken, with basic knowledge of IT concepts
- Knowledge of **social media platforms** will be an added advantage

**Other Details**
- **Job Type**: Full-time, Work From Office
- **Office Timings**:

- Mon-Fri: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM | Sat: 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM
- **Salary**: ₹10,000 per month (Fixed during probation)
- **Probation**: 6 months
- **Incentives**: Applicable after 6 months on achievement of business milestones
