**Work Mode**: Work from Office (No remote/hybrid option)

**Work Days & Timings**: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month (Performance-based incentives available)

**Joining**: Immediate

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads.
- Identify and qualify prospects through research and cold calling.
- **Meeting & Sales Execution**:

- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential customers.
- Present solutions effectively and handle customer queries.
- Persuade clients to move forward in the sales cycle.
- **Closing Sales & Achieving Targets**:

- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Meet or exceed assigned targets for meetings and closures.
- **CRM & Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of interactions and updates in CRM.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance.

**Who Can Apply?**

**Freshers with excellent English speaking skills** (Experience in inside sales is a plus)

**Basic understanding of technology & IT solutions**

**Must own a personal laptop for work**

**Highly motivated and target-driven personality**

**Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls**

**Ability to build rapport with clients and handle objections confidently**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
