- Material shortages calculation against plan on regular basis and Follow-up with SCM and QC for procurement and release. Release of RM/ PM Material issuance order in SAP and its verification on daily basis.
- To ensure delivery in time for process order, MI, PI, BPR folder and other documents to warehouse & production.
- To ensure monthly, weekly and daily all mfg. and pkg. line occupancy and balancing in line with pre and final commit ( Planning of mfg. and pkg. area and line wise)
- To co-ordinate effectively with all stakeholders i.e. PDL, RA, QC for availability of Recipes, LP's, RM & PM Releases to meet production plan.
- To ensure **allocation of batches in respective SKU's** as per commits.
- To ensure smooth functioning of Production by ensuring RM/PM Recipe/LP I s are available timey to run Packing Lines as per Schedule.
- To ensure allocation & packing of critical & NIL supply SKU's
- To maintain System Hygiene by timely closure of unwanted Process Orders so as to avoid hampering of MRP run.
- To attend S&OP meetings & respond to market queries.
- To ensure Inventory Reduction and Control
- To keep track of Non Moving & Rejected items.
