**Job Overview**

We are hiring for the role of Malayalam Voice Process at Info HR Solutions. This is a full-time position based in Chennai. The salary range for this role is competitive and will be discussed during the interview process. As a Malayalam Voice Process, you will be responsible for providing customer support over the phone in the Malayalam language.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Fluent in Malayalam (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Good problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Previous experience in a customer service or voice process role is preferred

**Salary Benifits**:

- 14,000 to 18,000 /- In Hand Salary
- 1500/- Attendance Bonus
- Incentive Benfits 30,000 to 40,000/- Per month.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in the Malayalam language
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Deliver accurate and concise information to customers
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
- Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate department or individual for resolution
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Meet or exceed performance goals, including call productivity and customer satisfaction metrics
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
