We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Dispatch Executive to join our team and oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of products.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate inventory levels and maintaining optimal stock levels.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse and dispatch staff, promoting a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- **Order Fulfillment**: Ensure orders are processed efficiently and accurately, meeting customer delivery requirements and maintaining high service levels.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- **Quality Control**: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the integrity and accuracy of inventory and shipments.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Ensure all warehouse and dispatch operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse and dispatch performance, including key metrics such as order accuracy, delivery times, and inventory levels.
- **Budget Management**: Manage warehouse and dispatch budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Smart in Logistic handling, Truck booking, Negotiation with Truck agency and Courier company
- Documentation knowledge, GST Bill, GST Challan, E-Way bill forms, online and offline both, Tally Software knowledge.
- Ready to work as per work load, follow process, good in mail Writing and MS office.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse or dispatch management, preferably within the manufacturing or warehouse sector.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- **Organizational Skills**: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of warehouse and dispatch operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination.
- **Certification**: Relevant certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
