Hiring Support/Dispatch Executive

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and coordinate the timely dispatch of shipments according to customer requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with shipping regulations to prepare Loads and to close loads.
- Maintain effective communication with drivers, providing them with necessary information and updates.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely information about shipment status.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the transportation process.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, deliveries, and dispatch activities.
- Generate reports on a regular basis to track the shipments, closures, invoices and revenue earned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven experience in logistics, dispatch, or a related role.
- Familiarity with logistics and transportation management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
