Associate (Accounts & Finance) will be responsible for Book Entry Posting, Reconciliation, Payments, Compliances and Taxation of the Company, as well as other sister concerns if required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Book Entry Posting by getting Invoices from other departments
- Responsible for requesting payments, Reconciliation, consolidated reports in compliance with time & accuracy norms
- Monthly and annual accounting finalization and reporting - General Ledger, PL, Balance

Sheet & cash flow review and analysis, performing variance/trend analysis and reporting

related to the expense side.
- Reconciliation of all the accounts and ledgers of Trade Payables.
- Handling statutory audits - providing details and handling queries
- Working experience of tax and regulatory compliances both Direct and Indirect Tax.
- Responsible for Payment of TDS, Preparing TDS/TCS Returns and Posting of Data in

TDS/TCS Software.
- Responsible for Reconciliation of TDS data with ERP and filling of quarterly TDS/TCS

Returns.
- Responsible Resolving TDS Demand and Correction.
- Responsible for generation of Form 16 and 16A.
- Functional knowledge of both Direct and Indirect Tax.

**Skill set and other Requirements**:

- Qualification Required: Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- At least 2 years of total work experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (ERP).
- Ability to work well in teams

Location : Okhla Phase 3, New Delhi

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
