From bookkeeping and financial reporting to catch-up accounting and ongoing compliance, we function as a reliable offshore extension of your finance team, delivering accuracy, timeliness, and insights for smarter decision-making.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a finance associate located in Delhi, India. The candidate will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close processes. Responsibilities also include managing and handling client, and providing insights to support decision-making. QualificationsExperience with cloud-based accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, and NetSuiteProficiency in bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close processesStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication skills for liaising with international clientsAbility to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulationsRelevant qualifications such as CA, CPA, or equivalentExperience in the accounting industry for US and UK businesses is a plusBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldIndustryAccountingEmployment TypeFull-time
