Roles and Responsibilities

The associate (Finance) will report to the Manager (Finance) and will assume the following key responsibilities:
Assist in accurately entering financial transactions into the accounting system.Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, both physical and electronic.Collaborate with other departments to process invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization.Verify and match invoices with supporting documents and purchase orders.Assist in reconciling bank statements to ensure the accuracy of transactions.Identify discrepancies and follow up on outstanding items.Assist in preparing basic financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.Provide support during audits by gathering necessary documentation and information.Monitor and track employee expenses and reimbursements.Provide general administrative support to the finance department.Help with filing, scanning, and maintaining organized financial records.Any other duties as directed by the Finance Manager

**Salary**: ₹325,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
