**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Xactly’s Solutions Consulting team’s goal is to set customers up for success by providing a valuable product solution to meet and exceed their unique business requirements. As part of the team, the Proposal Coordinator will work with the sales team to support sales engagements including proposal creation and management. The Proposal Coordinator will play a key role in helping sales best position our solution by creating compelling content to win more deals.
**the skill set**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and passion for driving process improvements
- High sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and manage projects across several prospect accounts
- Strong skills and experience with Excel is a major plus.
- Any experience in sales, customer support, customer success, product marketing, and training is a plus
- Any experience in the software industry, specifically SaaS is a plus
**WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL**
- Get your bearings and begin to build a strong foundation, upon which to grow
- Build relationships with internal business partners including sales, partner sales, marketing, product management, and professional services.
- Gain a strong understanding of Sales Performance Management space and the business challenges Xactly solves.
- Learn to navigate our internal RFP system and process from start to finish.
**WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL**
- Become a super user of our RFP system and help train others around the organization.
- Have a strong understanding of the business, and identify any opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the process
- Develop a firm understanding of Xactly sales and customer needs in the RFP and proposal process
- Manage content within the RFP system and keep content up-to-date.
