Liaise with customers and business development Team to understand customer supply chain requirements and Prepare data questionnaire based on customer RFQ requirement to capture the throughput/ requirement details. Handle warehouse selling, 3pl Logistics
- To provide the design support in the pursuit of new business, operational implementations and re-engineering initiatives and analyze data relating to logistics operations.
- To utilize appropriate software tools for developing, modeling, evaluating, and selecting appropriate solution options for customers.
- Participation in customer presentations with clearly outlining the solutions in appropriate solutions as part of the pursuit teams
- To gather data collection and verification of assigned project, manage consultancy projects as and when required
- To discuss designed solutions with line manager, operations team, and BD team before submission
- To generate and update documents for knowledge management based on individual experience of BD and projects completed.
- To innovate and improve in working practices facilitating to the development of the team methodology
- To promote the best practice with peer manner and team attitude. For example, development of resource planning, development of Knowledge Management
- To support a continuous improvement activity for current operations
- To act as the internal focal point for access to Logistics Solutions expertise
- To ensure that all recommended solutions, implementation plans, meet the requirements
- To provide general local administrative support to divisionally based business development and solutions team members
- To report on agreed format on monthly basis, information required for development team meetings
- To develop a database of Property, MHE, Costs, and all other information used in developing Solutions
- Coordinating with procurement team for capex requirement/ ER and IR team for minimum wage.

**Salary**: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
