**Full Job Description**
**# Must-have Skills**:
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel or similar database software
- Knowledge of MS Office
**# Preferred Skills/Experience**: Excellent typing & including typing at fast speeds
**# Responsibilities**:
- Daily labour report maintenance in Excel sheet per day basis
- Daily concrete production report maintenance in Google Sheet
- Indent sheet update in Google sheet with putting each & every indent scan copy
- Post sales sheet update in Google sheet, Customer Demand & Money Receipt sheet update
- Creating Purchase bill inward with bill scan copy in Farvision
- Any type of data entry related to site work
- Any type of document received & issue to specific department
- Machineries breakdown report filling, maintain in Google drive & excel sheet.
- All type of drawing received, drawing Transmittal sheet update in Google sheet, Drawing Issue to site engineer, contractor,
- Office copy filing in separate file as per drawing type & Phase. Excel sheet maintain for different phase & different type with Transmittal number.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
