Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and updating reports
- Maintaining MIS in MS Excel
- Handling email
- Coordinating with field executives for case updates
- Coordinating with clients for query resolution and information sharing
- Supporting day-to-day back-office operations and maintaining databases
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Email
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines
