**Position**: Primary Teacher
**Location**: Guru Rajendra Jain International School, Rajgarh, Dhar, Madhya Pradesh.
**Accommodation**: On-campus accommodation with meals provided.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons as per the school curriculum.
- Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to enhance student learning.
- Assess and monitor students' progress through tests, assignments, and activities.
- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
- Foster curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking among students.
- Provide individual attention and support to students as needed.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ progress and well-being.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in school activities, events, and workshops.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in teaching primary students in a school environment.
- Strong knowledge of child development and primary education pedagogy.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to integrate technology and interactive teaching methods into lessons.
- Passion for teaching and working with young learners.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to **stay on campus** and actively participate in school activities.
- Ability to **handle after-school prep classes and extracurricular activities**.
- Adaptability to a **residential school environment** and student needs.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
