Store Executive

Greeting customers and assisting them in finding products.
- Providing information about products, promotions, and services.
- Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering merchandise as needed.
- Conducting regular stock checks and ensuring accurate inventory records.
- Managing stock rotation and minimizing shrinkage (loss of inventory).
- Ensuring attractive product displays that are in line with the store's visual guidelines.
- Arranging window displays and promotional displays to attract customers.
- Recruiting, training, and supervising store staff.
- Scheduling shifts and managing staff performance.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Setting sales targets and monitoring performance against targets.
- Handling cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Preparing daily sales reports and reconciling cash registers.
- Opening and closing the store, including security procedures.
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the store.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and foot traffic.
- Executing promotional activities such as discounts, special offers, and events.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to localize marketing campaigns.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiating terms of contracts and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Managing inventory levels based on sales trends and supplier capabilities.
- Building rapport with regular customers and handling VIP client relationships.
- Implementing customer loyalty programs and initiatives.
- Collecting customer feedback and using it to improve service and offerings.
- Generating sales and performance reports for management review.
- Analyzing sales trends, customer demographics, and other relevant data.
- Making recommendations for improvements in operations and sales strategies.
