We're now looking for a **Performance Marketer** who can take our clients' digital campaigns to the next level—someone who understands the numbers but never forgets the customer behind the screen.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Strategy & Execution**: Plan, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, CTR, and CAC. Track conversions and regularly report on performance.
- **A/B Testing**: Continuously test ad creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and campaign formats to improve performance.
- **Budget Management**: Allocate and manage monthly ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- **Landing Page Insights**: Collaborate with designers and developers to improve conversion rates through UX/UI enhancements.
- **Audience Targeting**: Build and refine audience segments using behavior, interest, and intent data.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Stay updated with market trends and adjust campaign strategy accordingly.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in performance marketing (2-4 years minimum).
- Hands-on expertise in **Google Ads**, **Meta Ads**, and analytics tools like **Google Analytics**, **GA4**, and **Tag Manager**.
- Knowledge of marketing funnels, attribution models, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Experience in handling both lead generation and e-commerce campaigns is a plus.
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications are a bonus.
