We are looking for a motivated **CNC Router Operator** to join our team. You will be working with a **1325 CNC Router** to cut and shape wood components for speakers cabinets. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience or basic knowledge of CNC operations and is eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain the 1325 CNC Router machine for wood cutting
- Set up materials and tools as per job specifications
- Create and load toolpaths using **ArtCAM** (basic knowledge required)
- Monitor the cutting process to ensure accuracy and quality
- Collaborate with the design and production team for smooth workflow

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of CNC router operation (experience with 1325 model preferred)
- Familiarity with **ArtCAM** software for creating toolpaths (training will be provided)
- Understanding of woodworking processes and materials is a plus
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Reliability and a positive attitude
