Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Operations Coordinator - Desktop** to join our growing food consultancy team. This remote role focuses on supporting daily operations, managing projects, and coordinating logistics for food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory consulting services provided to clients in the food industry. The Operations Coordinator will assist in the seamless execution of consulting engagements, ensuring timely deliverables and client satisfaction, all while working remotely with the consulting team and clients based abroad.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Organize, maintain, and track all project documentation, including proposals, contracts, progress reports, and final deliverables.
- Assist consultants with preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
- Coordinate and prepare any necessary post-project follow-up documentation, including client feedback and quality assurance surveys.

**Operational Support**:

- Assist with managing internal workflows, ensuring all tasks and assignments are aligned with project goals and timelines.
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks, including maintaining tracking systems for ongoing projects and service requests.
- Identify and resolve any operational bottlenecks, proactively working with internal teams or clients to find solutions.

Qualifications:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Food Science, or a related field (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
