**Job Brief**

Are you a creative thinker with a knack for crafting compelling content? Join our dynamic team as a Content Strategist We are looking for a talented individual who can develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement and achieve business goals. Your role will involve content planning, creation, and optimization across various platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the brand’s objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.
- Be the last mile check for all content going out of the agency.
- Coach and guide writers to continuously enhance team skills and develop niche expertise.
- Think and drive marketing campaigns (offline or online) in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Create/Manage editorial calendar to deliver pre-planned and timely content across various platforms.
- Research industry trends, market insights, and competitor analysis to inform content development and identify opportunities to improve the overall efficacy of content for each client.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other stakeholders to oversee the creation of visually appealing and multimedia-rich assets that align with the visual narrative.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates, and conversions, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with the company’s style guide and voice across all content deliverables.
- Manage and maintain content repositories, including content management systems (CMS), and ensure content is organized and easily accessible for future use.

**Requirements**:

- 6-7 years+ of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Literature, Philosophy, or Psychology
- Experience in Creative Writing, Content Strategy, Marketing Campaigns, and SEO
