**Experience**: 1 to 3 yrs in E-commerce

(Technical Knowledge must be able to handle e-commerce independently)

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- To manage all aspects of eCommerce and key accounts with cross-functional activities including the website.
- Preparing catalogue sheets for listing products including catalogue details such as titles, descriptions, keywords etc.
- Familiarity with Search Engine Optimization of eCommerce platforms and keyword harvesting to optimize the listings for organic search performance.
- Good knowledge of all eCommerce portals like Amazon, Flipkart
- Optimizing and modifying the existing product titles, keywords, descriptions & prices to increase the product visibility and hence sales.
- Ensuring the existing product online is listed properly with correct data and images.
- Experience in handling errors via bulk sheet upload.
- Manage service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Understanding of Competitors' performance, e-commerce strategy, and new product promo.
- Research and analysis of new products that can be launched
- Analyze conversion numbers, prepare and report to management on a daily basis.
- Order processing and dispatch of products, RTO, Track shipment etc.
- Address customer complaints.
- Mark products out of stock whenever they are unavailable for Sale & maintain the stock amount.
- Handling & Promoting Social media accounts.

**Skills Required**:

- Good verbal & written communication
- Good knowledge of MS Excel

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
