**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Care**:

- Assist in the evaluation, counselling, and preparation of patients undergoing fertility treatments.
- Monitor patients during ovarian stimulation, egg retrieval, and embryo transfer procedures.
- Provide immediate care for any complications or emergencies.
- **Clinical Support**:

- Assist the IVF specialists during procedures such as IUI, IVF, egg retrieval, and embryo transfer.
- Administer medications as per the treatment protocol.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient progress in medical records.
- **Coordination**:

- Coordinate with laboratory staff for timely reporting of investigations and results.
- Facilitate communication between patients and IVF specialists.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure that all medical equipment in the IVF unit is in proper working condition.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a sterile environment.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Prepare and update patient files and treatment plans.
- Assist in maintaining inventory for medications and consumables used in the IVF department.
- **Emergency Management**:

- Handle emergencies and provide immediate intervention as needed.
- Liaise with the critical care team in case of severe complications.

Pay: ₹15,449.40 - ₹45,000.00 per month
