**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the service team to ensure efficient and courteous service.
- Greet and engage with customers to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Oversee table arrangements, customer seating, and order accuracy.
- Train and guide junior staff on service protocols, customer handling, and product knowledge.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed at all times.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and sales teams to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and drive improvements in service quality.
- Promote seasonal products and special offers to customers.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Minimum Experience**: 3 years of experience as a Captain or Senior Captain in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable and professional appearance with a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage busy service hours.
- Proficiency in **Hindi and English** (knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage).
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
