**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Billing Operations**: Accurately handle billing operations using Busy Software, ensuring all sales and purchase entries are properly recorded.
- **Credit/Debit Notes**: Process and manage credit and debit notes with precision.
- **Goods Returns**: Handle goods return entries, ensuring that all related processes are completed efficiently.
- **Sales & Purchase Entries**: Maintain detailed records of all sales and purchase transactions.
- **Data Management**: Ensure all data entries are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company standards.
- **Customer Support**: Assist customers with billing-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- **Reporting**: Generate and analyze billing reports to assist with financial planning and audits.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 years of experience working as a Billing Operator, with a strong focus on sales, purchase entries, credit/debit notes, and goods returns.
- **Software Proficiency**: Proficient in Busy Software.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the retail or wholesale sector.
