Physiotherapist Assistant

**Role Description**

This is a **full-time, on-site role** for a **Physiotherapist Assistant** at **Healic Healthcare**.The Physiotherapist Assistant will support in delivering effective patient care. The role involves assisting in therapeutic exercises, patient mobility, equipment setup, and ensuring a safe, hygienic, and motivating environment for patients during their recovery process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist physiotherapists during therapy sessions by preparing treatment areas, equipment, and materials.
- Guide and support patients with exercises as instructed by the physiotherapist.
- Help patients safely move to and from therapy areas and ensure their comfort during sessions.
- Observe and report patients’ responses or difficulties to the physiotherapist.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of therapy equipment and treatment rooms.
- Record and update therapy logs, attendance sheets, and patient progress reports as required.
- Assist in setting up new therapy programs, tools, or mobility aids under supervision.
- Educate patients on post-treatment care and exercises as per therapist guidelines.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Education**: Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary).
- **Qualification -** Bachelor in Physiotherapy (BPT) or diploma course in physiotherapy
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in physiotherapy clinics, rehabilitation centers, or hospitals (freshers with relevant certification are also welcome).
- **Skills & Attributes**:

- Basic understanding of anatomy, exercise therapy, and patient movement.
- Physical fitness, patience, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic, disciplined, and dedicated to improving patient outcomes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
