**Delivery Lead**

**Experience Required: 8+Years**

Sunflower Lab is a leading US based software development company. We are looking for extremely smart and talented people to join our team in Vadodara, Gujarat as Delivery Lead. Our current team strength is 75+ and we have completed 175+ projects and counting. Our wide-range capabilities have opened up horizons for us create products and services for sectors like Health Care, Finance, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Telecommunication, Oil & Gas, Event & Entertainment etc.

Sunflower Lab is currently looking for extremely smart and talented people to join our team in Vadodara, Gujarat. The selected individuals will be part of full process from beginning to production.

**Skills**:

- Looking for a detailed oriented project manager that hasa passion to serve the client.
- Excellent verbal land written communication skills
- Minimum 8+ Years of experience in the software development field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in software project management using Agile methodologies is plus.
- Ability to work to understand the client’s business and explain to the technical team. Ability to work independently and manage their own and team’s work streams to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working with geographically distributed teams (off-site team members and local team members) Mobile App development experience is plus.
- Experience using tools like Jira, Sketch, Invision, Balsamiq or any other wireframing tool is plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage client communication and provide client timely update on progress, questions or any other queries.
- Maintaining the cost, scope of the work, timeline and timely delivery of the product. Facilitate cross-team communications
- Work with client and design & engineering team to create user stories. Work as per client's availability for daily stand up, demo and other meetings.
- Must be open to working as per the client' availability. For with client and design team to create a wireframe of the client’s product.
- Create a clickable prototype from wireframe using tools like Balsamiq, Invision.
- Work with the design team to provide multiple options for product design and help the client choose the best design.
- Define clear milestones for the product and provide high-quality builds to the client on time.
